Who is Kazaba?

Kazaba Nyoka Wata is the golden serpent of the abyss: dazzling, dangerous, cold and commanding. Born of the abyssal queen Kabibi and Zattar, she never needed to be taught how to rule. She was born expecting to be obeyed.
The cousin who hates the Chosen One
Her brother Dawidi is the only soul she loves without question. Everyone else, servants, soldiers and even her cousin Zaiire, she sees as beneath her. Especially Zaiire. His title as the Chosen One makes her blood boil. His light threatens her shadow.
Her best friend is Dandara, a bond of shared fury, beauty and power. And Kazaba keeps a secret she would never admit, because love, in her eyes, is weakness.
Crown and treasures
She wears the Crown of the Drowned Flame, a coral tiara set with serpent bones and fire pearls, and carries the Scepter of Salt and Sun, which commands armies and storms. Her golden skin glows brighter with every conquest. A glowing sigil, the Abyssal Star, burns on her lower back. And in her private vault she keeps one tiny, flawless shell she never returned.
Weaknesses
Her pride clouds her judgment. Her hunger for power and gold leads her to betray allies. Her rage toward Zaiire makes her reckless. And every time she overuses the Golden Curse, her own heart and blood turn a little more to gold.
Who she is
Cruel, charismatic, strategic and possessive of her brother, her throne and her power. She does not cry. She does not bow. She is the perfect daughter of Kabibi, bound to the ocean, and she carries Zattar’s fire, a volcanic fury waiting to erupt.
She will either rise as a goddess of the underworld kingdoms or sink beneath the weight of her own obsession. She is the gold at the bottom of the ocean: beautiful, cursed and watching.
