Who is Elikya?
“Hope has no address, no chains, no age. Just fire.”
Elikya, born Adenkule, was a brilliant child from a hidden Makanda outpost. A raid destroyed his village and took everything except his mind. Makanda scientists saved his brain inside a sacred memory core and rebuilt him in celestial alloy: a boy with no past and infinite potential.
Known across Africa as the Lost Boy of Sudan, he is homeless, fearless and free. He leads The Fazeurs, a hidden alliance of orphaned engineers, artists and rebels who fight injustice with code, invention and ancestral knowledge.
Brother of Zaiire
His bond with Zaiire cannot be broken. On his left wrist he wears a copper bracelet Zaiire made with his own hands, and without Zaiire nearby, his systems begin to falter. While others chase thrones, Elikya glides above them, turning scraps into salvation.
His look
A black and silver mechanical body with glowing emerald circuits, one robotic green eye and one human brown eye, Makanda runes glowing from neck to spine, a ragged scarf made of rebellion flags, mismatched hover boots, and a cracked music box that plays only one lullaby from his lost childhood.
Who he is
Free-spirited, sarcastic and loyal to his last breath, he tinkers with machines the way others write poems. He speaks like a prophet and jokes like a thief, and he refuses to kneel to kings, pirates or sorrow. Water can short-circuit him, strong emotions overheat his memory core, and he still struggles between flesh and code.
Elikya means hope in Lingala: hope born from ruin, for every orphaned and forgotten child.
