Who is Nakala?
When the gods shaped reality, they forgot that time itself needed a guardian. From that void Nakala was born, made of thunder and starlight. She first appeared when the Makanda Empire fell and the Sacred Flame began to flicker, restoring the lost seconds of history with the Chrono-Gauntlet of Katiopa.
She whispered to Queen Nzinga in dreams, stood unseen beside Kimoya in exile and appeared to Zaiire in the storm of his awakening. She calls him the child who bends hours into hope.
Her law
Nakala cannot change destiny, only guide it. Her power fades when people forget their history, and each shift in time costs her a piece of her own memory. In murals she has one golden eye for the future and one blue eye for the past.
